We are increasingly looking at ways to collaborate more deeply on sustainability issues with our customers, actively exploring ways in which we can support them - whether it’s through training, webinars, research programmes, or collaborative projects to improve biodiversity or community well-being - working with our customers is key to achieving the wider sustainability outcomes needed to meet climate goals and transition beyond fossil fuels.
Collaboration with suppliers and customers is also becoming increasingly important when it comes to understanding and aligning our carbon reduction commitments, our supply chain ‘Scope 3’ emissions, and helping wider society and government to appreciate the importance of a bio-based circular economy based on renewable raw materials.
