The vast majority of our employees work at production sites or our in the field. This means they need to pay special attention to heavy machinery, moving vehicles and automated robotic systems while they work. Our number one priority is to keep our employees and partners safe and uninjured.
Our focus is not only on reducing the risks in the workplace, but also on preventive measures contributing to our people’s health and well-being.
We have been actively building our corporate culture to make preventive safety a natural part of everyday activities. We also involve contractors and visitors in safety management. Our goal is to have zero fatal and serious accidents.

Our Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management systems embrace the principle of continuous improvement, which involves extensive internal and external audits and management reviews. The systems cover 100% of our units and all their employees, plus any contractors working on-site.
